✨ Reiki Level 1 (Shoden) – Reiki Level 1: Saturday, June 28 | 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Focus: Self-healing, foundational techniques, and attunement
No experience needed—just an open heart.

You’ll learn:

• Reiki history (Traditional Japanese & Western lineage)

• The Five Precepts and Three Diamonds

• Self-healing hand positions

• How to perform Reiki for others

• Reiju (attunement)

• Traditional Japanese techniques: Kenyoku Ho, Gassho, Seishin Toitsu, Joshin Kokyu Ho, Shuchu Reiki

• Western Reiki: Chakras, scanning, aura cleansing, beaming, grounding, cutting cords, spirit guides

✨ Reiki Level 2 – Reiki Level 2: Sunday, June 29 | 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Focus: Healing others, distance healing, and deepening your energy practice
You’ll receive the Level 2 attunement and learn how to:

• Use Reiki symbols and mantras for emotional/mental healing

• Send distance Reiki

• Strengthen intuitive healing

• Protect and clear energy fields

• Expand your healing sessions for clients or loved ones
  ✨ Level 1 is required to attend Level 2.

Join me each month in Downtown Los Angeles for my Usui Reiki Level 1 & 2 workshops, in collaboration with Huntington Beach Reiki, where you’ll learn to channel universal life force energy, deepen your connection to yourself, and discover powerful techniques to support your healing journey and others. We will be hosting level 1 this month!

Workshop Overview

Each workshop run from 11 AM to 4 PM, with a 30-minute lunch break. Please bring your own lunch and drinks—water, tea and coffee will be readily available during our breaks.

Usui Reiki Level 1 Certification Class (Shoden)

April 19, 2025 from 11-4pm

Day One: Learning to Heal Yourself and Others Reiki Level 1 is your initiation into the world of energy healing. This foundational course focuses on self-healing, clearing blockages, and connecting to the universal energy that flows through all living things. No prior experience is necessary—just an open heart and willingness to receive.

What to Expect:

• Understanding the history and principles of Reiki from a Traditional Japanese and Western perspective

• Study the five elements of Reiki

• Return to the traditional roots of Reiki and the original meaning of Reiki

• In-depth look at the five precepts

• Learn the traditional use of symbols and mantras

• Develop inner spiritual growth and enlightenment

• Learn the Japanese energetic system (three diamonds)

• How to perform Reiki

• Self-healing hand positions

• Hand positions for healing others

• Receive Japanese reiju (attunement)

• Historical account of Mikao Usui

• Traditional Japanese Shoden Techniques, including:

  • Kenyoku ho (dry bathing)

  • Seishin Toitsu (creating a unified mind)

  • Joshin kokyu ho (focusing the mind on one thing with breath)

  • Shuchu Reiki (concentrated spiritual energy, or group healing)

  • Gassho (creates unity within the body)

• Western Reiki Training:

  • Power symbol (Western use)

  • Chakra energy system

  • Use of spirit guides

  • Western techniques:

    • Beaming

    • Scanning

    • Chakra balancing

    • Aura cleansing

    • Grounding

    • Cutting cords

A Level 1, 2, and 3 class manual written by world-renowned Reiki experts and authors Frans and Bronwen Stiene (founders of The International House of Reiki) will be available for $30.

A free Shoden Reiki Level 1 certificate will be given at the end of class.

Join us for a transformative 1 1/2 sound bath & meditation, breathwork and sound bath session designed to promote deep relaxation, balance, and inner peace. This immersive experience will include guided meditation with breathwork, followed by a sound bath featuring an array of soothing instruments such as sound bowls, sweet chimes, ocean drum and other tools.

We’ll also host an Optional Crystal Exchange. If you have a crystal that you feel you haven’t fully connected with, bring it along—this exchange allows you to pass it on and find a new crystal that resonates with you. We’ll do a quick clearing and activation to harmonize with your new crystal’s energy. If you don't have one, we have one for you.
