Let’s be real: Manifestation doesn’t work the same for everyone.
If you’ve grown up in an unstable or unsafe environment—maybe with alcoholic parents, or in a household where you had to stay hyper-aware just to feel a sliver of control—your nervous system learned to survive, not thrive. You learned how to read the room, how to sense energy shifts, how to stay small or disappear when things felt dangerous. That’s survival mode.
And here’s the truth:
You can’t manifest a thriving life if your body still believes it’s unsafe to receive it.
My Story: From Chaos to Consciousness
I know this path intimately. I left home at just 14 years old because I didn’t have a stable or safe environment. There was never a sense of security—physically, emotionally, or spiritually. I didn’t know it at the time, but I was living in survival mode for most of my life.
College? Total chaos. But when you’re in the eye of the storm, you can’t always tell how loud the hurricane really is.
Once I decided to face my trauma and unpack what I had been carrying for years, the healing didn’t come overnight. It’s been a journey—years of peeling back layers. And even now, just when I think I’ve healed something for good, another layer will show up during meditation. But the difference is this:
Now, I’m not alone.
I have my spirit guides—my team.
They let me know what’s surfacing and how to move the energy through using frequency of light language, Reiki healing energy, listening to my spirit guide or other angels, and being present.
And I want you to know:
You can do this too.
As long as you have a heartbeat, you have the ability to heal yourself, evolve, and thrive. Reiki practitioners aren’t healers - we channel the energy to you. We are not Gods.
Why Survival Mode Blocks Manifestation
When your body is stuck in fight, flight, freeze, or fawn mode, the energy of survival takes over. Your thoughts might want to manifest love, abundance, or peace—but your nervous system is still bracing for impact. And the universe responds to your vibration more than your words.
How to Shift into Thrive Mode
1. Build Safety First
Before you can manifest anything meaningful, your body must believe it’s safe.
• Ground your energy. Sit on the earth. Breathe slowly.
• Remind yourself: I am safe now. I deserve peace.
• Learn to rest. Learn to receive.
2. Rewire Your Nervous System
• Breathwork, Reiki, gentle movement, tapping (EFT), or somatic release.
• Celebrate glimmers—those tiny, beautiful moments that remind you life can be soft, too.
3. Heal the Chakras—Especially the Lower Ones
Coming from trauma, many of us live in the upper chakras—especially the third eye and crown, because we’re always scanning the room or leaving our body.
• Focus on your Root Chakra to feel stable.
• Reconnect with the Sacral Chakra to feel safe in pleasure and creativity.
• Strengthen your Solar Plexus to reclaim your power and confidence.
Why Reiki Is So Important in This Work
I didn’t come to Reiki because I thought it was trendy or fun. I was called into it—literally. As I began to awaken spiritually, I became more aware of my guides, the energy around me, and the frequencies stored in my body. Reiki became a language, a tool, and a healing force I could finally trust.
Reiki supports your nervous system and energy body in a way that feels gentle but powerful. It helps to:
• Clear emotional residue stored in the body
• Activate your self-healing
• Restore balance to your aura and chakras
• Create a safe space where your body and spirit can finally exhale
After sessions, people often say they feel “more like themselves.” That’s because Reiki helps you return home to who you really are—before the trauma, before the conditioning.
4. Start Manifesting from a Regulated State
Once your energy begins to stabilize, your dreams stop feeling impossible. You can actually receive what you’ve been asking for.
• Say intentions out loud that feel safe and aligned:
“I allow peace into my life.”
“I receive support with ease.”
“I trust my path.”
Your body will learn to believe it. And once it does? That’s when the magic starts to unfold.
